At Norqavex Educación Financiera S.A.S. (‘Norqavex’) we consider privacy a fundamental right. This policy describes, in a clear and verifiable way, how we treat the personal data of people browsing norqavex.com or interacting with our educational materials in Argentina.

We only collect the data you choose to share: name, email address and the message you enter through the contact form. We also process limited technical data (truncated IP address, browser, operating system, device language) when you enable analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to reply to enquiries, improve our educational content, comply with legal obligations and, if you authorise marketing cookies, to measure the performance of Google Ads campaigns. The legal basis is your informed consent and, in some cases, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
4. Data retention
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months, unless you maintain an active relationship with us. Technical records related to cookies are retained for the period defined in the Cookie Policy.

To run the site we use technology providers located in Argentina, the European Union and the United States. Where applicable, we require standard contractual clauses and adequate safeguards in line with AAIP recommendations.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit through TLS, segregation of roles, least privilege and periodic audits. No system is perfect, so we ask you not to share sensitive information beyond what is strictly necessary.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The ‘Last updated’ date always indicates the version in force. If changes are substantial, we will publish a highlighted notice on the home page.
